Terms & Conditions : September Subscription Competition

  1. This promotional competition is organised by Masstores (Pty) Limited, T/A as Game Discount World (Lesotho) (Proprietary) Limited, Registration number: 12011/1331, VAT Registration Number: 1535481
  2. The competition starts on the 22 September 2016 and runs till midnight on 28 September 2016
  3. All entries must therefore be received before midnight on the 28 September 2016
  4. To enter, Subscribe to the Game Newsletter on the game website (www.game.co.ls) or in-store to stand a chance to win the prize.
  5. Prize details as follows:
    • (X2) M 5 000 Game Vouchers for first and second place in the draw
  6. Please note that entry is through an electronic and in-store platform. Although the promoter will take all reasonable steps, the promoter will not be liable for any technical problems or any lost, delayed or incorrectly received entries.
  7. Two winners will be drawn at random by an independent third party.
  8. No entries by post or any other form will be accepted, only subscriptions via www.game.co.ls  and in-store.
  9. The consumer’s entry will be withdrawn if any goods purchased in connection with the competition is returned by the consumer before the competition entry data file is extracted for purposes of doing the draw
  10. Entries are limited to one entry per person. All additional entries will not be valid.
  11. To enter this competition you must be: (a) 18 years or older at the time of entry.
  12. Winners will need to produce their ID book/Visa/Passport to validate that they are over the age of 18.
  13. The Competition is not open to any person, or the immediate family of a person, who is:
    • a director, member, partner, employee, agent of, or consultant to Masstores, (Pty) Ltd T/A as Game Discount World (Lesotho) (Proprietary) Limited or
    • a person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by of Masstores (Pty) Ltd, T/A as Game Discount World (Lesotho) (Proprietary) Limited or any of its subsidiaries, or
    • a director, member, partner, employee, agent of, or consultant to an advertising agency, promotional agency or other supplier of goods or services.
  14. All participants will be bound by the decision of the independent third party.
  15. The winner will be notified via telephone and/or email. Participants must ensure that Game has their updated details.
  16. The prize is not transferable to another person, nor can it be exchanged for cash.
  17. The winner will be notified telephonically and/or on email.
  18. The value of the prize includes VAT. Winner/s may be taxed in terms of applicable tax legislation and participants who require clarity as to the tax implications hereof should seek a directive from the relevant revenue service/authority
  19. Ownership and risk relating to the prize passes on delivery/collection.
  20. Masstores (Pty) Limited , T/A as Game Discount World (Lesotho) (Proprietary) Limited will not be held liable for any defective products, harm or consequential loss as a result of use of the prize.
  21. Participants understand and agree that they participate in this Promotion at their own risk and willingness and have not been coerced in any manner to enter the Promotion.
  22. Masstores (Pty) Limited , T/A as Game Discount World (Lesotho) (Proprietary) Limited makes no warranty, implied or express, that any part of the Promotion will be uninterrupted and error-free.
  23. Neither Game nor any of its directors, employees, agents or suppliers shall accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant participating in the promotion or as a result of accepting the prize.
  24. Masstores (Pty) Limited , T/A as Game Discount World (Lesotho) (Proprietary) Limited will not be held liable to replace or repair defective products.
  25. Winners will be required to collect their prize from their nearest store.
  26. If the winner/s fail/s to comply with any of these rules or the terms of acceptance of the prizes, or if the winner/s unreasonably refuse(s) to sign the Game winner/s declaration and prize acceptance form, the winner will be disqualified and will forfeit the prize.
  27. Winners’ details may be displayed on the website at www.game.co.ls  
  28. The right of admission into the competition lies solely with Mass Stores (Pty) Ltd, T/A as Game Discount World (Lesotho) (Proprietary) Limited and is non-negotiable.
  29. Masstores (Pty) Ltd, T/A as Game Discount World (Lesotho) (Proprietary) Limited reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of fraud or cheating including without limitations, through the manipulation of code or otherwise frequently falsifying data.
  30. In the event that the winners cannot be contacted within 4 weeks via the cell phone or email address number provided, management reserves the right to select another entrant as a winner.
  31. The right of admission into the competition rests solely with Masstores (Pty) Ltd, T/A as Game Discount World (Lesotho) (Proprietary) Limited
  32. Entries which contain errors will be considered invalid.
  33. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.

Except where prohibited by law or objected to by the individual at any time, each winner grants permission for the Promoter/Sponsor, including Masstores (Pty) Ltd, T/A as Game Discount World (Lesotho) (Proprietary) Limited and those acting under its authority to use his/her name and/or photograph, for purposes of announcing the winners for this Competition and related advertising purposes, in any form of media and without additional compensation, notification or permission
